Flare Effects
Weapons, armor and shields can have flare enchantments upon them.[1] When the flare procs, it will either apply an effect or deal damage, where the damage type the attack produces is dependent on the kind of flare it is. Armor Flares do not cause Empathic Shock.[2]

Flare and Glamour Colors
