Look:	The azure-tinged hide appears to have been recovered from the bottom of the sea, based on the extensive water damage, bloating, and general poor condition of the bag. The leather is slowly rotting away with small holes worn through the bottom, leaving its contents less than secure. Whatever original strap once served the bag is long since gone, now replaced by a rough, knotted horsehair rope.
