Taking over a folio-sized region of the eastern sky, the phenomenon resembles a constantly streaked span crisscrossed by omnidirectional shooting stars. Occasionally a meteor will burst in a display of rainbowed radiance. The brilliant white streaks only linger for a beautiful moment before sparkling out of existence.
And, if a Moon Mage: Astronomers note the magnitude and direction of each falling star appears random, which is atypical of such a concentration. Conjecture of the origin of the Starfall ranges from a particularly large debris field to benevolently playful planar entities, though the radiant flares obfuscate the meteors' composition.
