After recieving some feedback and seeing that the PvP situation with MAF is much more complex than I realized, I partially reverted the change.

If an attack comes from a PC, MAF's original values apply.
If an attack comes from a NPC, MAF's protection is cut in half.

I will not nerf the PvP function of MAF again until I have a better solution for the related issues it causes.

The Vicious Nerfing of Manifest Force · on 12/08/2017 01:54 PM CST 1515
The following changes have been made to the Manifest Force spell:

1) The spell slot cost has been reduced from 2 to 1.
2) It no longer has pre-reqs.
3) It is now an Intro spell.

And the other shoe...

4) The protection the spell provides has been dramatically reduced, to a bit less than half its orginal protection.

Exact numbers might change with observation, but the intention is to substantially reduce the power of the spell.

This is live in Plat and Prime, TF to follow.
