Spirit health is the strength of the animating force that sustains a mortal's body. It regenerates 4 percent every minute. While the Vigil spell is the spirit health booster, playing a minuet or a harder song flawlessly on an instrument will also provide a minuscule boost to regeneration. Spirit health is directly related to the decaying (auto-depart) times of dead people.
A character's spirit health is determined using the following formula:
Spirt health regenerates every 60 seconds at 4% of the total pool, rounded down.
Vigil boosts maximum spirit and so boosts the percent regeneration per pulse.
A minuet played on an instrument well will boost spirit health regeneration by a small amount.
