NEWS article 5-23:
Dateline 11/4/2001: LABEL POLICY |
Using labels to label items is a privilege. Inappropiate usage will not be tolerated. If you write something on a label that is questionable or in borderline bad taste, you may be asked to change it. If a player writes something that is in bad taste, or tries to use a labeled item in a disruptive way, the label and the item it is attached to may be confiscated. For repeated abuse of labels, a player may lose the privilege of using labels and other customizing systems permanently. |
What may be considered questionable or in bad taste is up to the discretion of the GM Staff. A few examples are: |
Profanity or masked profanity, names of drugs or drug-related items, distasteful use of body parts or areas of human anatomy, the word "sex" in any form, or "whoop ass" in any form. These are only a few examples of what can be considered distasteful on a label. Also, putting a GM's name on a label is considered inappropriate. |
The general guideline is if what is written on the label is not acceptable in polite conversation, the player may be asked to change the label. |
