::1. Kssarh lies a lot about the planets and constellations. I wouldn't rely on him, particularly about the planets. The blurb was likely from before the constellations and planets were given an overhaul.
::2. Planets are... different. They don't have set times like the constellations, but vary from cycle to cycle. I.e. they function like the moons but on a much larger scale. The time it rises this year isn't likely to be the same the next year or the next, and so on.

Visibility

Kssarh then pulls you aside and instructs you on the planet Amlothi, which is visible during the Winter with the aid of a telescope.
  • Amlothi was not visible on day 297 2 roisaen after the Anlas of Hodierna's Blessing.
  • Amlothi was visible on day 299 13 roisaen before the Anlas of Berengaria's Touch.
  • Amlothi was not visible on day 299 9 roisaen after the Anlas of Berengaria's Touch.

Two things.
1. Kssarh lies a lot about the planets and constellations. I wouldn't rely on him, particularly about the planets. The blurb was likely from before the constellations and planets were given an overhaul.
