(It still remains to check whether bobcat-pelt leather items will combine if one comes from a bobcat pelt and the other from a spotted bobcat pelt. I predict that this will not, similar to the case of the pelts from golden and spotted jackals. I've confirmed in game that the spotted bobcat pelts from Spotted bobcats tan into bobcat-pelt leather with the same crafting properties as the bobcat-pelt leather that comes from (non-Spotted) Bobcats. (It still remains to check whether bobcat-pelt leather items will combine if one comes from a bobcat pelt and the other from a spotted bobcat pelt. I predict that this will not, similar to the case of the pelts from golden and spotted jackals.
