I think this category needs to be split up since 'sysop tools' is a bit misleading for certain subcategories. For example 'stubs', 'articles for wikification' etc. are things that any editor can help out with, and should be encouraged to do so. IMO 'Sysop tools' should be reserved for things that only admins or higher can do such as articles for deletion.
