Tungal is Haakish for "moon".

Appearance

Sparkling eyes peer over the top of a magnificent white beard that covers the entire front of his body, down to his toes.
He is very old, even for a Dwarf.
He is in good shape.

He is wearing a loupe, some sandals, some baggy black woolen pants, a leather pouch tooled with the image of the nightingale, a leather belt, a black linen shirt with carved onyx buttons, a worn leather vest, a canvas miner's backpack and a Dwarven mining cowl.

Astoshe's Eclipse Rings

A travelling merchant who came to make exquisite rings for Astoshe's Eclipse, for moon mages only. He handed out cards detailing his work.

Images of a nightingale, a wolf, and a shrew are superimposed on a black Katamba moon. There appears to be something written on it.

A printed Tungal card reads:
My name is Tungal. I sell and alter rings suitable for making Astoshe's Eclipse enchantments. I only sell to moon mages who are able to charge enchanted rings. The alteration includes the 'tap' and placing 'Enchantments by your name' inside the ring. I may make special considerations for legendary moon mages. Prices are 30000 Lirum, 37500 Kronar, 25000 Dokora, or 20000 if drawn from the Hibarnhvidar bank." *** This is not a voucher or ticket. ***"
