In the past, using a permablessed weapon against a non-cursed target would result in permanent loss of the enchantment effect. A not so recent change was that the permanent bless no longer disappears when the weapon is used against a non-cursed target. It just becomes suppressed for some time, which can now be perceived as well.

The permabless (or permanent bless) is an enchantment that allows for a weapon to be blessed with limitless enhanced strikes against cursed and undead (both corporeal and incorporeal) targets.

Weapons that are permanently blessed will now say so when perceived by a Cleric/Paladin.

In the past, using a permablessed weapon against a non-cursed target would result in permanent loss of the enchantment effect. A not so recent change was that the permanent bless no longer disappears when the weapon is used against a non-cursed target. It just becomes suppressed for some time, which can now be perceived as well.
