At one time a nonexistent character, Meowlick everwinking was a joke spawned as the result of some tongue-in-cheek criticism of names and attitudes displayed by a fair number of players. The name stuck, and is a catch-all phrase to describe players of Prydaen characters who adopt a juvenile persona.
The character eventually manifested in-game for a short time before being forced to choose a different name by a GM.
