[Tokens of Affection]
Set high in the walls are roundels of colored glass that shed patches of light in rose, light blue, ochre, and apple-green over the counters. As the sun moves, the rainbow of circles shifts, casting new shades and highlights on the wares displayed on crystal, platinum, gold, and silver trays. You also see the street door and a padded quintain with some stuff on it.

A card reads: These delicate ferronieres are worn about the head with the gem positioned in the center of the wearer's forehead. Keep in mind that they are a sign of wealth and respect. They are NOT armor, and if treated as such I will not be held responsible for their condition. All sales are final -- no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

An elegantly engraved sign reads: The tokens are favors that a lady traditionally bestows upon her champion to wear into battle as a sign of her patronage.
This refugee from a jousting field is heavily padded with maroon velvet so it delivers no more than a gentle tap when the unwary turn it. A selection of wares is draped over its limbs, front and back.
