Description:	The Claws of the Cougar allows the Ranger to strike as swiftly and lethally as a mountain cat. While particularly useful for unarmed strikes, the spell does offer some small benefit to armed combat.
Effect:	+Brawling skill, reduces RT for melee attacks, grants functional brawling claws
Example Messaging:	You gesture. Your hands clench and unclench, seeking a weapon to wield. Radiating with power your hands begin to transform into the claws of a mighty cougar. A sharp but passing pain runs through your hand as you no longer feel the skills of the cougar reside within.
