| Your Outrage drain peters out during your first few hours of play per day regardless of if you have any to drain away (you usually will).
We designed it this way to both not allow Necromancers to just go on the shelf for a few weeks to get around playing with Outrage, but also to not require Necromancers AFK script to get the maximum benefit. The way we approached it was very much "Let's decide how much Outrage we want people to lose in 24 hours, and condense that into 2." | |
