Description

Though it appears to have once been a normal four-legged creature, the twisted banyakea now has numerous extra arms and legs that appear grafted onto its torso, which is twisted from the weight of all the extra limbs. Though most of them look useless and simply hang off its body, several of the limbs move and writhe as if alive. The twisted banyakea also appears to be in a great deal of pain, its movements jerky and twisting constantly.

Variants

Spawns with an assortment of adjectives, but all variants appear to be the same creature level.

  • feral many-armed banyakea
  • feral monstrous banyakea
  • feral mutilated banyakea
  • feral pain-wracked banyakea
  • feral twisted banyakea
  • feral wretched banyakea

Recall

Though it has an appearance similar to an undead creature, a feral twisted banyakea appears to have never actually died. It looks like horrible experiments have left its body twisted and misshapen.

It appears that the twisted banyakea was the unfortunate result of numerous experiments, and the extra limbs appear grafted on, likely from other unfortunate test subjects.

A feral twisted banyakea appears to be in a massive amount of pain caused by its extra limbs, and killing it would likely be a mercy.

They are not known to cast any recognized spells.

They are known to carry loot in locked boxes.

Special Attack

The twisted banyakea lurches forward with painful-sounding moan and tries to knock you over! You quickly move to block the banyakea, and it slams into your shield!
The twisted banyakea wrenches itself back, making an awful noise that sounds both agonized and outraged.
