At least one item (Phoenix) is incorrect. It doesn't seem to be year-round anymore. I'm including with this the "teaching" message that accompanies circling for the first fifty circles, for if someone has the inclination in the future to go through the constellations and update them. These all happened during the period of October 2010 to January 2011. Most were from Kssarh, and a few from Gylwyn. --[[User:Kittenish|Kittenish]] 22:36, 25 January 2011 (UTC)

Is it safe to assume that, for example, the S column is only supposed to contain an S, not an M? Alucardtepes 11:08, 6 November 2007 (CST)

That's the way it looks to me. There are a lot of pipes they can stick the letters between, looks like they just miscalculated where about 4 of those letters were supposed to go. But then again, I know nothing about star charts. --Kraelyst 15:15, 6 November 2007 (CST)

Out of Date

At least one item (Phoenix) is incorrect. It doesn't seem to be year-round anymore. I'm including with this the "teaching" message that accompanies circling for the first fifty circles, for if someone has the inclination in the future to go through the constellations and update them. These all happened during the period of October 2010 to January 2011. Most were from Kssarh, and a few from Gylwyn. --Kittenish 22:36, 25 January 2011 (UTC)

(Wolf and Lion were not logged)
4 The Raven, visible throughout the year in the northern skies.
5 The Unicorn, which is visible during the Spring.
6 The Boar, which is visible during the Summer.
7 The Panther, which is visible during the Winter.

12 The Cat, which is visible throughout the year.
13 The Ram, which is visible throughout the year in the early evening.
14 The Dolphin, which is visible during the Spring.
(The Shardstar is never taught to a player when circling. At least, I never saw it happen)
15 The Nightingale, which is visible during the Winter.
16 The Wolverine, which is visible during the Spring.
17 The Centaur, which is visible during the Fall and requires a telescope.

In the case of Phoenix being year round: It is indeed year round, but its only visible for a very short window near dawn. I suppose its possible that on the longest days of the year it might not appear because the sun rises before it appears, but I don't recall that ever happening. The various in-game messaging for constellations has been off for ages, including multiple sources citing different things. The in-game starcharts are notorious for this.--Evran 23:13, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
