Description
The wandering minstrel is dressed in a bright blue and yellow cotton tunic with matching breeches. A blue felt hat rests lightly on his head, adorned with a large, colorful plume from some unidentifiable species of bird. He has a finely crafted mandolin slung across his back, and is holding several tattered bits of parchment in his hands.
