:The page does not say that having more Charisma means you cannot drop below a level. Charisma raises your average/base state that you will drift if you do nothing else to modify confidence. ::This is exactly the issue. I am dropping from +5 to 0 without doing anything, and I should only drop to +1 per the text. Another individual is trying to test the +2 base requirements with stats well-past the stated ones, but has a +1 base. The text itself describes this process as "the base level for this neutral state is 'average confidence.'
