The baseline requirements are either untrue or incomplete. At 51 Charisma and 50 Discipline, I am dropping to 0 confidence. Either I need higher charisma, and the base is wrong, or there is some other component in the equation. --DAEMETHEUS (talk) 21:40, 12 August 2017 (CDT)

The page does not say that having more Charisma means you cannot drop below a level. Charisma raises your average/base state that you will drift if you do nothing else to modify confidence. It also says you'll recover from 0 to your average state quicker. - padhg (talk) 21:57, 12 August 2017 (CDT)

This is exactly the issue. I am dropping from +5 to 0 without doing anything, and I should only drop to +1 per the text. Another individual is trying to test the +2 base requirements with stats well-past the stated ones, but has a +1 base. The text itself describes this process as "the base level for this neutral state is 'average confidence.' High Charisma will increase the base level of this neutral state", which explicitly says the "base level" can increase from 0 to +1. --DAEMETHEUS (talk) 06:19, 18 August 2017 (CDT)
