Current Policy
POLICY article 8:
Delays or slowdowns |
Some delay between commands is a normal consequence of playing a game on a network. Delays are typically only a few seconds, but may occasionally be longer. Additionally, some delays may affect only one player, because he or she is having problems with a local network node. Delays, disconnections, or losses that are the direct result of service connections are no longer replaced for by Simutronics staff. See the section on repair/replacement for more information. Simutronics reserves the right of final judgment as to the verification of any slowdown-related claims. |
