It appears that there may be an additional modifier going on, or possibly a bug where certain characters get more languages than expected at various tiers. E.g. a gnome target of the spell earned 2 additional languages when going from 4 mana to 5 mana instead of the 1 additional language that other targets of the same cast received. The following table is designed to track down where this occurs. Feel free to add your own data to it. |

Additional modifier to number of languages
It appears that there may be an additional modifier going on, or possibly a bug where certain characters get more languages than expected at various tiers.
