12/4/16:
Did not move 270 stealth off of clear - they have low perception.
Could hit with 250 TM just fine, 230 brawling/250 melee was hit and miss with them parrying.
260s defenses were good with 2, 3 would start landing good hits.

2/27/18:
380 evasion is in the soft cap.
350-360's defense train well.

The nomad appears almost as a normal Human, save for the dull grey pallor to its skin and its glowing yellow eyes. Rusty wisps of mail hang from the putrid frame.
