exqusite animite chalice covered in detailed etchings and inlay | |
---|---|
Look: | This lavish holy vessel has been cast in a single piece from lustrous silvery-grey metal. The massive bowl has a rim of blue-white anlora-avtoma, and masterfully enameled panels around the outside surface depict images of the crow, the butterfly, and the badger. Gold-inlaid apples and scrollwork adorn its heavy stem and foot, along with a beautifully rendered crest of the Clerics' Guild. A hinged cover crowns the piece, carved and enameled to resemble Katamba in its full phase. |
