After discussing the matter with The Bosses, here is the compromise position I can offer you. This is the only compromise that is on the table. Shift Moonbeam is converted to 3.0, Mirror Wraith is removed from the spell list. MANUAL SHIFTING: Climbing checks will be against Athletics rather than PM. Manual shifting across water becomes impossible (you can't put beams down in it anyway). REMOTE SHIFTING: Remote shifting of moonbeams comes with an Athletics check which starts at 200 ranks and goes up. This is regardless of whether there's an Athletics barrier between you and your target. We cannot reasonably determine if this is the case, so we will assume there is.
