Notes
- You focus your magical senses on a nondescript cloak of mottled grey. You sense very strong, unidentifiable magic coursing through the cloak.
- You rub your grey cloak. You blend into the shadows more easily.
- Casting Obfuscation at 35 mana and 110 hiding (Estimated 40 rank boost) then using the cloak dropped hiding RT to 3 seconds. Gives at LEAST 30 rank boost, if not more. Effect is on the cloak, removing it will remove the effect. Putting it back on replaces the effect.
