Rivaling a mammoth in size, the Dergatian behemoth resembles a hairless star-nosed mole which has crawled out of some deranged nightmare. Its disturbingly translucent skin, while offering glimpses to the workings of the massive internal organs, appears more than thick and resilient enough to protect the beast. Dirt-caked claws as long as javelins scratch restlessly at the ground, carving up great grooves wherever it goes. |

Description
Rivaling a mammoth in size, the Dergatian behemoth resembles a hairless star-nosed mole which has crawled out of some deranged nightmare. Its disturbingly translucent skin, while offering glimpses to the workings of the massive internal organs, appears more than thick and resilient enough to protect the beast. Dirt-caked claws as long as javelins scratch restlessly at the ground, carving up great grooves wherever it goes.
Recall
These creatures appeared shortly after the birth of the precocious Akul'tiz race. Some say that the Akul'tiz prayed to their goddess for aid in navigating the subterranean depths, and their wish was granted so. Others suggest involvement by another divinity, Kerenhappuch, who might be watching over the creations of her 'sister'.
Ridden
Appear "with several Akul'tiz on its back." Additional Akul'tiz can hop off of it!
