*Through the pounding process of forging you can determine your exact buff from HES. 70-STR you receive=RT. The muscles ache messaging seems to indicate when you pass into +4 buff. At 137PM/Harness 6-14 mana preps results in +3 whereas 14-15(my current backfiring limit) result in +4 with the aching muscles messaging. - Kharm
*6 mana minimum prep gives 1 roisaen duration. 8 gives 2 roisaen. 15 mana gives 3 roisaen. I've seen someone backfire at anything over 30, and received 7 roisaen at 30 mana. - Kharm
