Description:	The Heal Scars spell combines the effects of External Scar Healing and Internal Scar Healing, though in some ways it's less efficient than casting them separately.
Example Messaging:	You gesture. Your external back is greatly improved. Your internal back is greatly improved. Your back is completely healed of all external scarring. Your back is completely healed of all internal scarring.
