Jevilnor was created by the Dwarven craftsman Evenight Aratan.
It is a jeweler's hammer with incredible powers. If one taps a gem with Jevilnor once, a flaw on the gem will be revealed. The second tap will repair the flaw, and the third will smooth the gem's bevel. It requires no skill at all to use Jevilnor, but its wonders are even greater in the hands of a master gemsmith.
The last known location of this artifact is Darvagai Anliker, Adamantia, used by Osi Hamesen, Royal Gemcutter to Lord Vynwreth Thibilig.
