Sea Raider Vsevolod Belikov
A sea raider that was involved in the events surrounding Talorc's victory over Raymer in the attempt to become the Gypsy king.
It is rumored that Talorc and his mother were, at one point, sent away to an island for exile. The ship that took them there was, supposedly, captained by Vsevolod, who is half-Gypsy.
He was holding the gypsy crown at one point, but Talorc struck him down using necromantic magic. Vsevolod nearly walked and Talorc took the crown.
Raised the wreck of the Seerah and sold it to Vorclaf. The ship was wrecked near Ratha very shortly thereafter. Vsevolod had threatened to blackmail Vorclaf unless he purchased the ship, though it is not clear whether or how this contributed to Vorclaf's decision.
It was rumored that he was employed by Baron Jeladric IV for a while to hunt pirates.
He was also employed by Saureen for a while to capture and return Valdivia.
