Tungal is Dwarven for "moon"
Description
A travelling merchant who came to make exquisite rings for Astoshe's Eclipse, for moon mages only. He handed out cards detailing his work.

Appearance
Sparkling eyes peer over the top of a magnificent white beard that covers the entire front of his body, down to his toes. He is very old, even for a Dwarf. He is in good shape.
He is wearing a loupe, some sandals, some baggy black woolen pants, a leather pouch tooled with the image of the nightingale, a leather belt, a black linen shirt with carved onyx buttons, a worn leather vest, a canvas miner's backpack and a Dwarven mining cowl.
