Description
The Muspar'i constable is a young, sharp-featured S'kra Mur. He sports a black uniform with the city crest on the right shoulder and a red sash across the chest. Tall, highly-polished boots adorn his feet, and a business-like dirk hangs from his belt. His eyes are constantly scanning the area, always looking for evil-doers and a pretty lady.
