:Further analysis on the play.net forums indicates this is not wholly accurate. It DOES appear to be a stat average compared to circle, but not a DIRECT comparison, and includes a penalty (latter circles getting 100+circle) if you train your penalized stats more and vice versa. :TDP PROJECT (STAT) (NUMBER) will calculate how many tdp's are needed for the given stat.

"Stat average lower or higher than circle" is totally incorrect. If stat average plays a role, it's not being compared to circle; likewise, if circle plays a role it's not being compared to stat average.

Further analysis on the play.net forums indicates this is not wholly accurate. It DOES appear to be a stat average compared to circle, but not a DIRECT comparison, and includes a penalty (latter circles getting 100+circle) if you train your penalized stats more and vice versa.
