Deposit
Deposits some or all of the coins you are carrying into an account at the local bank branch.
DEPOSIT <amount> <denomination> (standard teller) You see: The clerk slides a small metal box across the counter into which you drop <amount> <denomination> <currency>. She counts them carefully and records the deposit in her ledger. Others see: <Name> speaks with the clerk. DEPOSIT ALL (standard teller) You see: The clerk slides a small metal box across the counter into which you drop all your <currency>. She counts them carefully and records the deposit in her ledger. Others see: <Name> speaks with the clerk. DEPOSIT <amount> <denomination> or DEPOSIT ALL (jar bank) You see: You find your jar with little effort, thankfully, and drop your coins inside. You cross through the old balance on the label and update it to reflect your new balance: <balance> <currency>. Alternatively: Searching methodically through the shelves, you finally manage to locate the jar labeled "<jar label>", and drop your coins inside. You cross through the old balance on the label and update it to reflect your new balance: <balance> <currency>. Others see (multiple coins): <Name> locates <his/her> jar on one of the shelves and drops some coins inside. Others see (one coin): <Name> locates <his/her> jar on one of the shelves and drops a coin inside.

Syntax

• DEPOSIT <AMOUNT> <DENOMINATION> [<CURRENCY>]

Deposits the specified number of platinum, gold, silver, bronze, or copper coins. The currency may be supplied explicitly.

• DEPOSIT ALL [<CURRENCY>]

Deposits all carried coins of the currency accepted by the bank. The denomination is omitted.

The DEPOSIT verb allows you to deposit your coins in the bank.

Usage:
  deposit {amount/all} {coin type}
  Coin type can be platinum, gold, silver, bronze, or copper and is not needed when using the DEPOSIT ALL method.
  example: deposit 5 bronze
  example: deposit all

**Note** Only the currency accepted by that bank will be deposited.  The bank in Crossing for example will only accept Kronars when taking deposits.

Notes

• A jar's label is your name, preceded by your surname and a comma if you have a surname.
• The command requires a bank teller. Each branch accepts its local currency: Kronars, Lirums, or Dokoras. Supplying a different currency is refused.
• The teller refuses a deposit while unable to see you.
• A deposit fails if you do not carry enough coins of the requested denomination, if you carry none of the accepted currency when using DEPOSIT ALL, or if it would exceed an applicable account limit.
• Making a deposit opens an account at that branch if you do not already have one.
