Qihhth comes from a wealthy family of cloth-weavers and cloth-merchants from Muspar'i. Her family is wide-ranging and well-connected, and tends to be headed by a matriarch. Many, but not all members of Qihhth's family are of Sraan Malk. Qihhth's mother, a high-ranking and important member of the trade clan was often traveling or otherwise unable to rear her daughter. Thus, Qihhth was largely raised by an ever-changing group of female family members ('Aunts'), among other such children whose parents were often traveling or away ('cousins'). Qihhth's father has not been revealed by her mother, but is rumored to be a desert shaman who rarely visits the city. |
