Description
The sleazy lout is a young adult, and as he moves through the area he looks around with fiery rebellion in his eyes. With grungy clothes and an equally dirty body, the lout looks ready to fight anything seen as an easy mark.
In Depth
Louts are dance-able with little to no defenses. They are an acceptable starting creature to hunt and have boxes for loot.
Soft cap around 26.
With pick and disarm quick and blind and the rate that they spawn you can train locksmithing till 85-90 ranks and make a good amount of coin, Jackpot boxes with over 10 plat have been found more often then those in Sand Sprites in Ratha 10 Cha and 10 Ref.
