Tried using the stein and one of the kegs from Shisthlin's Works in the Keg Alcove in the Bards' Guild in Crossing - the kegs did not recognize the stein nor kegs as a refillable drink container. I have not tested out the various kegs found ingame (scattered across Hib for example) to see if other kegs will recognize them.
