Spirit Regeneration is an ability that periodically pulses and restores a portion of the wearer's Spirit into their overall Spirit_Health. This ability is most commonly found on magical jewelry.
They are typically turned on and off by using the ATMOSPHERE command.
Effect
Every so many seconds, the item will pulse, and during that pulse if the wearer's Spirit_Health is less than 100%, the item will restore a set amount of Spirit. The amount of Spirit returned is a flat amount, usually around 1%.
