Historically, the governing body of the Moon Mage guild"Moon mage" is not in the list (None, Bard, Barbarian, Cleric, Empath, Moon Mage, Necromancer, Paladin, Ranger, Thief, ...) of allowed values for the "Guild association is" property..
Members of the council are typically chosen from the individual sects, with each sect controlling a particular number of seats. The Celestial Compact controls the most seats.
During the time of the Mirror Wraith Prophecy, the following moon mages were members of the Council: Alsu, Dinlael, Dothrien, Elvaka, Erzebet, Giromu, Jonela, Khaman (student), Mirdanya, Taramaine (Guildmaster Prime), Tharvon, Thorrick, Waldrin, and Zeltir.
Following the conclusion of the MWP with Tezirah briefly escaping the Plane of Probability, Taramaine disbanded the Council.
