Spirit health is the strength of the animating force that sustains a mortal's body. It regenerates 4 percent of the full pool every minute. While the Vigil spell is the spirit health booster, playing a minuet or a harder song flawlessly on an instrument will also provide a minuscule boost to regeneration. Spirit health is directly related to the decaying (auto-depart) times of dead people.
A character's spirit health is determined using the following formula:
Spirit Health Levels
| % Spirit | Health Message | Combat Message |
|---|---|---|
| 101+ | full of life | mighty |
| 100 | full of life | |
| 90-99 | very strong | shaky |
| 80-89 | strong | very shaky |
| 70-79 | wavering slightly | weak |
| 60-69 | rather shaky | very weak |
| 50-59 | weak | drained |
| 40-49 | very weak | very drained |
| 30-39 | extremely weak | cold |
| 20-29 | cold | very cold |
| 10-19 | empty | empty |
