Background

Though a devout servant of the lord of the void, Urrem'tier, this Kaldar provides clerical services to those thirsting to remain in the lands of the living . As a commisioned officer of the Silvermist family house guard, he strives to ensure the safety of both the Silvermist Family and the Citizens of Elanthia, when the cities fall under attack.

Description

You see Spirit Lord Kiritan ThunderSoul, Legendary Cleric of Urrem'tier, a Kaldar.

Kiritan(F).png

A bright aura of holy energy emanates from Kiritan, standing tall and shining with a powerful inner fortitude. Kiritan has jade eyes. His dark brown hair is shoulder length and wavy, and is worn loose. He has tanned skin. A series of sandstone spiders float lazily around his waist, glowing with a lustrous sheen against his skin. His wrist has a tattoo of a sinuous snake-like creature, its writhing head breathing icy clouds that wreathe the skin. A brilliant orb of rippling cerulean light hovers like a will-o-wisp, following him diligently.

He is holding a scorpid windsteel axe set with a molten diamond and spiritwood grip in his right hand. He is wearing a blackened great helm forged in the semblance of scorpion-like chitin, a blackened steel locket, a rantija of black and blue leather embossed with a striking scorpion, some exoskeletal icesteel battle plate with a trielle molten diamond in the plackart, a thick armband formed by joined segments of blackened carapace, a thick armband formed by joined segments of blackened carapace, a heavy band of gold displaying a sea blue sapphire surrounded by black diamonds, a crested gold thumb ring, a blood-red prayer sash stitched with dark holy symbols, a gold book-shaped flask engraved with the title "The Sting of the Scorpion" and some crow-winged boots covered in chitin to create the image of sinuous scorpions.

Alterations

HELM: a blackened great helm forged in the semblance of scorpion-like chitin. The blackened damite has been carefully wrought to resemble layered scorpion chitin and is washed with just the slightest hint of purple and green hues to provide the artful impression of dusky iridescence. Riveted to the metal is a small copper plaque depicting a shield crossed with a longsword overlaying a field of thirteen stars. Encircling the design are the words, "Many Faces - One God."

CLOAK: a rantija of black and blue leather embossed with a striking scorpion. The dual panels of dark-hued leather overlap fully at the top and angle to flare somewhat outward as they fall to the hemline. Ridged to create a realistic-looking representation of chitin, the scorpion is presented with pedipalps down and tail raised, its stinger limned with greenish dye.

PLATE: some exoskeletal icesteel battle plate with a trielle molten diamond in the plackart. Translucent icesteel flows into the visage of interlocking exoskeletal plates forming a scorpid body. Inlaid bands of windsteel segment the armor, each band hollowed by holy symbols and cast with icesteel to seamlessly rivet the metals. The ominous coherence is solidified by the inclusion of a trielle molten diamond set flush within the plackart. The roiling luminescence refracts through the cool bluish metal its smoldering lifelike light seeming caged within the holy symbols adoring the armor

WEAPON: a scorpid windsteel axe set with a molten diamond and spiritwood grip. The darkened windsteel blade arcs down gracefully, mirroring an ominous scorpion telson. The thick metal of the haft is forged into the likeness of interlocking scorpion chitin with a molten-core diamond imprisoned within the windsteel. The molten bloom within the gem creates the impression of lava smoldering at the heart of the blade. Embossed holy symbols spiral down into flowing script before vanishing beneath a molded spiritwood handle wrapped with a two-tone diamond hide strapping. The scorpid windsteel axe reads:"The wise cower before storms, moonless nights, and the anger of a gentle man."

BOOTS: some crow-winged boots covered in chitin to create the image of sinuous scorpion. Dark, sculpted leather and chitin blend to form large, realistically styled scorpions posed as if ready to strike. The aloft stingers and glinting eyes are wrought from blackened steel washed with just the slightest hint of purple and green, mirroring the nighttime iridescence of the feathered wings that grace the sides of the boots and giving the entire design a deadly coherence.

RING: a crested gold thumb ring . The ring has been engraved with the crest of the Clerics' Guild -- a pair of hands, one light and one dark, cradling a bridge that spans the two palms. Crossing the bridge are several people in various stages of life and death. In the center of the design are the initials "K.T."

KITTEN: a wild-eyed ivory kitten wearing a set of miniature storm-grey firesilk mail sailing a graceful small-scale galleon. The kitten wears mock battle armor which shows scuffs and scrapes with odd discoloration in some areas. A multitude of roughly carved onyx scorpions are inset along the sides and back of the armor in a manner that appears as though they are swarming over the surface. Though somewhat decorative in appearance, their sharp edges suggest a different purpose. A chitin fragment reads "The void waits" in spidery scroll.
