One of the new crafting skills to replace Mechanical Lore. Only the Carving discipline and Shaping discipline have been released, but lockpick carving also contests engineering if it is higher than mech.
The Engineering skill will cover making complex mechanical things. Engineers specialize in many things, such as carving and shaping of materials, the fletching of bows, making of toys and furniture, even siege engines and the like. Engineering is separated into the disciplines of carving, shaping, and tinkering. Currently, stone, wood and bone can be used to create tools, weapons, fluff, and bone armor.
Locations
The Crossing Engineering Society and Riverhaven Engineering Society are places to pick up Work Orders, buy engineering tools, and have workrooms with close-able doors to create projects in relative privacy (so you don't have to worry about leaving stuff on the ground).
