Requirements and other clarifications

I always thought you had to be at least circle 2 to learn how to link. And who gets the slight learning pulse during a link, the linker or the linkee? I can never keep that straight. Also the section detailing how many links you can hold or be the target of could use some expansion. --Farman 16:20, 2 July 2007 (CDT)
