Description
Covered in wrinkled grey flesh, the grave worm resembles a large slug. It is only a superficial similarity, however, since slugs lack the ringed mouth of sharpened teeth as well as the exoskeleton-encased hind quarters and vestigial limbs that this monstrosity has. A foul stench rises from the worm, the source no doubt the disgusting dripping mess that runs off its form.
