BRAWL is an Empath-only command used to enable or disable damage-dealing brawling combat maneuvers such as PUNCH, SLAP, KNEE, etc. It is used to help Empaths avoid getting unintentional shock, as several brawling commands double as non-combat roleplaying commands.
