Okay, I vaguely outlined the rest of the fest, but I am sure I missed something somewhere. Also let it be noted I copied and mimic'ed the lower level from last years fest so if something was off from last year it is likely still off. I also added a missing shop list that contained random shops from last year I noticed missing. Missing Shops
