Appearance

The proprieter of the store, Keth Lavatt, is a thin, wrinkled sort of human with a pleasant expression.  He sits in a rocking chair behind a somewhat battered display counter nodding a smiling greeting to each customer who enters the shop. ]

Seated in his rocking chair and looking quite relaxed, Lavatt smiles at you, his face wrinkling up in a multitude of lines that somehow manage to add to his pleasant expression. He carries about him an air of imperturbable calmness, that seems to expand to fill his entire shop.
