Sister to Ilithi's [[Khalo rae Wen]], [[K'miriel]], [[Khalo rae Moda]] Xonei is known for her determined curiosity.  She alone of the Modien of the Empaths' Guild has resisted the guild's edicts against shifting, which is not a crime in Ilithi.  Ilithi has therefore become a Haven for Empaths who disagree with the guild's propensity to quash research, and is now home to a burgeoning community of researchers and scientists.  Many recent empathic advancements have come out of Ilithi, most specifically the [[Hand of Hodierna]] and [[Unity Link|unity]] links.  It is K'Xonei's light hand and deft leadership which has made these discoveries possible.<br><br>Xonei is addressed formally at all times, and is therefore almost always known as K'Xonei.

You see Khalo rae Moda K'Xonei Lystran-Irshar, an Elothean Empath.<br>
K'Xonei has tilted almond-shaped crystal green eyes. Her golden hair is short and fine, and is worn coiled atop her head in a regal braided coronet. She has pale skin.<br>
She appears to be mature.<br>
She is in good shape.<br><br>

She is wearing a white leather cowl, a jadeite gwethdesuan, a kyanite gwethdesuan, a golden empath earring that displays glowing hands gently clasping a small ilithi emerald, a cambrinth albatross pendant suspended from a green satin ribbon, a sturdy steel-banded buckler etched with a star-shaped cluster of plovik leaves, a hand-stitched traveler's pack, a black robe embroidered with the symbol of the Shard Healers' Hall, a gauzy white cotton shirt intricately stitched with nutmeg brown nightingales, some white hunting leathers, some tasseled white leather gloves, a bleached white cotton skirt split down the front trimmed with green fringe and some white doeskin boots with tiny dove-shaped emerald charms.
