Grizzled with age and a life of hard labor, even graying hair and a stooped form can't mask the obvious strength in his massive upper arms or huge bear-like hands.  He whistles slightly under his breath as his beefy fingers fly with amazing dexterity over the split leather of a broken harness, effortlessly turning what could have been junk into a piece of functional equipment once again.  His eyes stray constantly to the horses under his care and protection standing in the paddock outside, never missing so much as a single detail in the running of his stable.
